We want you to be confident in your SpotHalo™ purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Returns

Due to the nature of cleaning products and hygiene standards, SpotHalo™ does not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for:

  • Products damaged during shipping

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect item received

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products.

Shipping Returns
